Yes, the lock must be removed prior to your install. Please check the calendar so you can plan accordingly that your lock is removed. If the lock is not removed prior to the installation date of your new latch, we will be removing latches placing your lock inside of your unit. We are not cutting locks only the latches the locks are attached to. We will be happy to place a manager lock on your unit, so your belongings are safe and secure until your new latch is installed.

If you do not have a smartphone, we will have key fobs available for you. The first one is free. Additional key fobs will be a small fee.
Every installation will be recorded. This will ensure that nothing was removed or damaged during the installation of the new latch.
No, if your unit is in good standing management will not be able to access the unit. Your app will keep a history of who has been in your unit.
Once your new smart latch is installed you will be receiving a text with a link and a temporary pin # to download the app. It is important that you do this ASAP because the pin # will expire after 24 hours.
